Your use of this "Site" constitutes your agreement to the following rules We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms. The website, design, text, graphics and logo are service marks operated by the company. The company name, website and logo may not be used in any way without prior, written permission us. Some product materials, company names and logos contained within this Site are Copyright by the original owner and may be Trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Use of the Site

Our grants the user permission to view this Site and to print hard copy portions of this Site for your personal use. By doing so, you agree to all policies and the rules stated within our Terms of Service. You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, translating, aggregating, collecting, selling, gathering and mining any information and/or data contained within this Site. This Site should only be used as a shopping and information resource. Your interactions with individuals and/or organizations found on this Site (including interactions from using the Classifieds section), are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, payment and delivery of goods, terms, conditions and/or warranties.

We do not permit any users to display or create a hyperlink on the Site, personal web blog to individual postings for non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any submission or posting that violates our standards.

3. Product Information & Orders

The information on this Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing and availability. In the event an error occurs, it will be corrected immediately. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

4. Pricing Error Policy

If we found any errors on the price for any items listed in the Site, we reserve the right to amend the price of the products even the order has been paid. We will then request buyers to confirm again if they agreed to the newly revised prices. If they do not agree to the revised price, the order will be cancelled and money will be refunded to buyer in full.

5. Shipping

5.1 Domestic Shipping Policy
    5.1.1 Shipping Processing Time

    All orders will be processed by the seller within 2-3 business days (i.e. a day on which the banks are open for business in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia and excludes weekends and public holidays).

    If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone call.

    For products which require pre-order and/or have to be custom-built as displayed by the Sellers on the "Product Description Page" on the Platform, it may take longer than the usual delivery time for the Products to be delivered to you after payment.

    5.1.2 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours after receiving them. You will also be able to find your tracking number via your email.

    You acknowledge that when a seller arranges for its own logistic service provider, some delivery information including the tracking number may not be available on the Platform.

    5.1.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applicable to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and borne by the customer.

    5.1.4 Damages

    We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer support by taking a photo and description for exchange or refund submission.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    5.1.5 Fulfillment Policy

    The company will reach out to the customer to confirm the time and location of the service.

5.2 International Shipping Policy

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia.

6. Liability

We shall not be liable for any losses, claims, judgments, damages, interest, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses, disbursements or other liabilities of any nature whatsoever (collectively, "Losses") arising from the delivery of product to you. The seller shall be responsible for the losses arising from the delivery of products to you.

7. Dispute

Any dispute relating to the shipping of products shall be between you and the seller. We will use our best efforts to assist the parties in resolving the issue. However, the seller is entitled to make the final decision.

8. Return and Refunds Policy

8.1 No Refunds

By default, all purchases of services are non-refundable once payment is made and/or the service has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where:

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us within 3 business days of purchase or service delivery. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis. However, approval of refunds remains at our sole discretion.

8.4 Refund Process

If a refund is granted, it will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
